What we collect, and what we do with it
Three forms on this site ask you for things. This page says what happens to every one of them. It is a description of what the site actually does, not a legal template — if something here stops being true, the page changes.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form. There is nothing else.
The enquiry form
Your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, your current website, your social pages, the areas you cover and a description of what your business does.
The mockup brief
Your business name and email, what your business does, the areas you cover, the look and colours you picked, a website you like, anything you want on the front page, and a logo file if you send one.
The build questionnaire
Sent to customers after they have paid. Your services, your areas, your contact details and hours, your address if you have premises, your social pages, a link to your photographs, your logo, your domain and registrar, and any notes you add.
What we never collect
- Card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages, not ours. Your card number never touches this site or any system we run.
- Passwords. We will never ask for the password to your domain registrar, your email, or anything else. If access is needed we ask you to add us as a user, or we send you the records to enter yourself.
- Anything you did not type. There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no third-party script of any kind.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no session tracking and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. The pages load no JavaScript from anywhere else and make no requests to any third party.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the network request that delivers this page to you, in the same way any web host does. That is how the site reaches your browser at all.
If you follow a link from here to Stripe to pay, you are on Stripe's site and their privacy policy applies to what happens there.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, what you wrote is sent to some combination of three places, and nowhere else. We name them because "trusted partners" tells you nothing.
- Our email inbox. Every submission is emailed to us so a person reads it. The mail is delivered by Resend and lands in a Microsoft 365 mailbox.
- HubSpot. Enquiries create a contact record in our CRM, so we know who asked and what they asked for.
- Airtable. Build questionnaires — after you are a customer — are recorded against your build so we can track the work.
- Stripe holds your payment details and your subscription, because they process the payment. We can see that you paid and how much. We cannot see your card number.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anybody for advertising. There is no fourth destination.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never become customers are kept for two years and then deleted, because people often come back after a year and it is rude to make them start again.
Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and seven years afterwards, which is what the tax position requires. Payment records are kept by Stripe on the same basis.
Getting it deleted, or seeing it
Email us and ask. We will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it, within thirty days — usually the same week, because there is not much of it and it is not hard to find.
The only thing we cannot delete on request is a payment record we are required to keep for tax purposes. Everything else goes.
You do not need a reason, and asking will not affect how we treat you.
Asking us about any of this
A real person reads these, and it is the same person who built your site.

If we ever change how any of this works, this page changes on the same day. The date at the top is when it last did.
