Most people look you up before they call.
Make sure they find something.

We build fast, clean websites for small businesses — and we build them so search engines can actually find you. Whether you’ve never had a site, only ever had a Facebook page, or yours has been sitting untouched since 2015.

$500 to build. $24.99 a month after that. Live in two weeks.

No contracts. The domain is yours from day one.

  • You own all of it
  • Live in two weeks
  • Anywhere in the country
  • No contracts, ever

The situation

Sound familiar?

You’ve never had a website.

You’ve run on referrals, word of mouth, and maybe a Facebook page. It’s worked. But the people asking around still look you up afterward, and a page you don’t own can’t hold a page for each thing you do or each town you cover.

It’s old and it breaks on phones.

Built years ago for a desktop screen. Now it loads sideways, the text is too small to read, and the phone number isn’t tappable. More than half your visitors are on a phone.

Nobody can find it.

The site exists and looks fine, but you don’t come up when people search for what you do. That’s not bad luck — it’s a fixable problem, and it’s most of what we do.

You’re paying too much for it.

Someone charges you a few hundred a month for a page you can’t edit and can’t get them on the phone about. That’s the one that really stings.

The part that matters most

What SEO is, in plain English

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” Here’s what it actually means.

When somebody types “bookkeeper near me” or“wedding florist in Boise” into Google, Google has to decide which businesses to show first. It makes that decision by reading websites and working out what each one does, where it does it, and whether it seems trustworthy.

SEO is the work of making your website easy for Google to read and understand — so that when someone goes looking for exactly what you sell, your name is on the list.

Why it matters more than how the site looks

Almost nobody clicks to the second page of results. If you’re not in the first handful, you may as well not be there — however good you are at the actual work.

That’s the part most people get backwards. A beautiful website that Google can’t make sense of is a business card sitting in a drawer. It’s not doing anything. This is why we treat SEO as the point of the build rather than something bolted on at the end.

What we actually do about it

  • Give every page a clear title, so results say what you do
  • A page for each service you offer
  • A page for each area you serve
  • Make it load fast, even on one bar of signal
  • Add a summary Google can read directly
  • Connect it to your Google Business Profile
  • Write it in your customers’ words, not industry terms

Our work

Before and after

Two sample builds, showing the two ways an existing site usually fails. Switch between desktop and mobile — the phone view is where most old sites fall over.

Vance Family Dentistry

Dental practice · Toledo, OH

DemoSample build — illustrative, not a real client.

BeforeBuilt in 2011 for a desktop screen and never touched since. Fixed width, no certificate, and a “Patient Forms” link that has gone nowhere for years.

AfterCalm and readable, with the new-patient form up front, the insurance list in plain sight, a page per service and the staff introduced by name.

AfterCalm and readable, with the new-patient form up front, the insurance list in plain sight, a page per service and the staff introduced by name.

What changed, and why

  • Readable on a phone without pinching, and the phone number is a tap rather than a thing you copy out by hand. Most people arriving here are on a device the old site was never built for.
  • SEOOne page each for cleanings, whitening and implants, plus a structured summary of the hours, address and service area that Google reads directly.
  • The “Patient Forms” link that had been broken for years now opens a form you can fill in before you arrive — and the site has a security certificate, so browsers stop warning people off.

Sundial Coffee Roasters

Small-batch roaster and café · Portland, ME

AfterA real text menu, the hours where you can find them, the roasting story, and wholesale given a page and a form of its own.

AfterA real text menu, the hours where you can find them, the roasting story, and wholesale given a page and a form of its own.

What changed, and why

  • SEOThe menu was a photograph, so Google could not read a word of it. It is real text now — every drink and every bag of beans is something a search can actually find.
  • The hours and the address are on the page and in a format Google reads directly, so they carry through to the map listing as well.
  • Wholesale has its own page and its own form, because a café buying beans by the sack and somebody looking for a flat white want completely different things.

How it works

Two weeks, start to finish

  1. Day 1

    We talk.

Thirty minutes. What you do, who you serve, what people usually ask you, what you’d rather never do again.

  2. Days 2–4

    We do the homework.

We look at what people are actually typing into Google to find businesses like yours, and what your competitors are doing about it. This shapes the whole site.

  3. Days 5–9

    We build it.

Writing, design, and the SEO groundwork all at once. You get a link partway through so nothing is a surprise.

  4. Day 10

    You look it over.

You tell us what’s wrong. One full round of changes is included.

  5. Days 11–14

    Changes and launch.

We fix it, run the final checks, connect your domain, and put it live. Then we tell Google it exists.

Pricing

One price. That’s the whole menu.

$500to build it

Paid when it goes live, not before.

$24.99a month

To keep it running. Cancel whenever you like.

No tiers, no packages, no “starting at”

The build is $500. The upkeep is $24.99 a month. That is the entire price list, and it is the same whether you need three pages or seven.

The domain is registered in your name from day one — and if you don’t have one yet, we find you one and register it at no charge. If you ever leave, you keep it and we hand over the files. No cancellation fee and no argument.

Questions

The things people ask

Do I actually own it?

Yes, and we put it in writing on launch day. The domain is registered in your name and your email address on day one. The site files, the words, the photos, your Google Business Profile and your search data are all yours. If you leave, we send you the whole site as a folder, hand over any accounts we set up for you, and remove ourselves from everything within five business days. There is no exit fee.

What if I don’t have a domain yet?

Then we find you one and register it, and there is no charge for doing it. Picking a good one is part of the job — it should be short, spellable over the phone, and close to what people already call you. We pay the registrar what it costs, register it in your name, and the yearly renewal is covered by the monthly fee.

Can I get an email address with my business name on it?

Yes, as an optional extra. It is a real Google account on your own domain, so you write to customers from something like you@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address with numbers on the end — ordinary Gmail to use, with the calendar and the storage, just wearing your name. It is $7 a month per mailbox and we don't mark it up — that is what the seat costs and nothing more. We set it up, connect it to your domain and look after it. Most one-person businesses take a single mailbox; add more for staff whenever you need them.

What if I already have a website?

Pull it up on your phone right now. If you have to pinch to read it, or you can’t tap the phone number, it needs redoing. If it’s working fine, we’ll tell you that and save you the $500.

I’ve got a Facebook page. Isn’t that enough?

Keep the page — it does a real job and we would never tell you to close it. But it can’t do what a website does. You don’t own it, so how it looks and whether it stays up is not up to you. It is one page, so it can’t hold a page for each service you offer or each town you cover, and that is a large part of how Google decides who to show. And you don’t choose the words that appear when somebody searches your name. The two do different jobs: the page is where people who already know you keep up, and the site is how people who don’t know you find you in the first place.

Why only two weeks?

Because the work fits in two weeks and dragging it out does not help you. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on photos and details from you.

Do I have to write anything?

No. That is the part most people dread, so we do it. We talk, we draft, you tell us if it sounds like you.

Do you design logos?

Yes. A style guide is $500 on its own or $250 alongside a website build, and it covers the logo in every format, a color palette, typefaces, print-ready business cards and a short guide for using them. You own all of it outright. If you already have a logo you like, don’t buy it — send us the file and we’ll build the site around it at no extra cost.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

No one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can promise is that your site will be built properly, load fast, and tell Google exactly what you do and where — which is most of the battle for a small business. The rest is time and reviews.

What happens if I stop paying the $24.99?

The site comes down, but nothing disappears out from under you. The domain stays yours because it was always in your name. If you have email with us, we hand you the account so you can put it on your own card and keep the address. We send you every file the site is made of, and we tell you before anything is due to lapse. No cancellation fee and nothing to argue about.

Do you work outside my state?

We work anywhere in the country. Everything is done by phone, email, and screen share.

Tell us what you do

Thirty minutes on the phone and you’ll know exactly what we’d build and what it would say. If your current site is fine, we’ll tell you that instead and save you the $500.
