Pricing

One price. That’s the whole menu.

The same for every business, whether you need three pages or seven. Nothing is quoted, nothing is tiered, and there is nothing to negotiate.

The price

$500to build it

Paid when it goes live, not before. If you don’t want it, you don’t pay for it.

$24.99a month

To keep it running, starting the month after launch. Cancel whenever you like.

Live in two weeks

Kickoff call to launch is fourteen days. That is the same for everyone too — see the day-by-day breakdown.

No contract

There is nothing to sign that locks you in for a year. You pay monthly and you can stop monthly.

The domain is yours

Registered in your name and your email address from day one, not ours. It is your property, not something you are renting from us — along with the site, the words on it and everything else we set up for you. Exactly what you own.

You don’t need to have a domain

If you don’t have one yet, we find you a good one and register it. That is part of the build, not an extra, and we don’t mark up what the registrar charges.

What each part covers

In the $500 build

  • Up to 7 pages
  • Written for you — you just talk to us
  • Full SEO setup
  • A page for every service you offer
  • A page for every area you serve
  • Built for phones first
  • A contact form that reaches you
  • Your domain found and registered, if you don’t have one
  • Connected to your Google Business Profile
  • Structured data so Google reads it correctly
  • One full round of revisions

The SEO setup is the whole of this list, not a summary of it.

In the $24.99 a month

  • Hosting
  • Domain renewal, every year
  • SSL certificate
  • Daily backups
  • Unlimited small text and photo edits
  • Security updates
  • Uptime monitoring
  • A monthly check on how you’re ranking
  • We tell you before anything expires

Domain registration is in there. It is not billed separately and it is not marked up.

Not included, and we’ll say so up front

  • Paid ads
  • Social media management
  • E-commerce
  • Booking systems
  • Printing your business cards

If you need those we’ll point you somewhere good. We would rather send you to someone who does it properly than pretend we do it too.

The monthly fee

Why there’s a monthly fee at all

Because a website isn’t a thing you buy once. Three of the pieces it runs on renew on their own schedule, and somebody has to be responsible for them. That somebody is us.

Bills that come whether you think about them or not

Your domain renews every year. The certificate that puts the padlock in the address bar has to be kept valid. The site has to sit on a server that stays up. We pay all of it on your behalf, at cost, and you never see a renewal notice or a lapsed-domain warning.

Work that doesn’t stop at launch

New prices, a service you’ve dropped, a photo of the job you finished last week, the number that changed. Send them over and they’re done — there’s no per-change bill and no minimum. Plus the security updates, the backups, and someone watching that it’s actually up.

Why it isn’t $150 a month

Which is roughly what this costs elsewhere. Your site is a stack of plain files rather than a database and a content system that need constant feeding, so it is far cheaper to keep running — and we’d rather pass that on than pocket it.

No setup fee on the monthly, no minimum term, and no price rise for existing customers. What you sign up at is what you pay.

Optional extras

Two things you can add, if you want them

Neither is bundled into the monthly fee, which is exactly why the monthly fee is what it is. Buy them if they’re useful to you and skip them if they aren’t.

$7 a monthper mailbox

Email on your own domain

A real Google account on your domain, so you write to customers from you@yourbusiness.com. We set it up, point your domain at it and look after it. We don’t mark it up — the seat is what it costs and nothing more.

$500one payment, or $250 bought with a site

Branding and a style guide

A logo in every format, a color palette, typefaces, print-ready business cards and a short guide to using them. Yours outright, with nothing monthly attached.

About the email

You don’t need it. Plenty of people run a good business off the address they already have, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a mailbox you won’t open. But if you are writing quotes to strangers, coming from you@yourbusiness.com rather than a Gmail address with numbers on the end does change how the quote reads.

It is a real Google account — the same Gmail, calendar and storage, just wearing your name. We set it up, point your domain at it and administer it. $7 a month per mailbox, and we don’t mark it up. Add mailboxes for staff whenever you need them, and drop them again when you don’t.

About the branding

Half price when you buy it with a website build, because the discovery call is the same call and we would only be doing it twice. On its own it is a one-off $500 — nothing monthly attached and nothing to renew, ready in one week.

Already have a logo you like? Then don’t buy this. Send us the file and we’ll build the site around it for nothing extra.

If you ever leave

The domain is registered in your name from day one, so there is nothing to wrestle back. Within five business days we send the complete site as a folder any developer can host anywhere, hand over Search Console and Analytics with the history intact, transfer your email account if you have one with us, and remove our access from all of it. No cancellation fee, no exit fee, and nothing to sign.

Questions about the money, and everything else

Do I actually own it?

Yes, and we put it in writing on launch day. The domain is registered in your name and your email address on day one. The site files, the words, the photos, your Google Business Profile and your search data are all yours. If you leave, we send you the whole site as a folder, hand over any accounts we set up for you, and remove ourselves from everything within five business days. There is no exit fee.

What if I don’t have a domain yet?

Then we find you one and register it, and there is no charge for doing it. Picking a good one is part of the job — it should be short, spellable over the phone, and close to what people already call you. We pay the registrar what it costs, register it in your name, and the yearly renewal is covered by the monthly fee.

Can I get an email address with my business name on it?

Yes, as an optional extra. It is a real Google account on your own domain, so you write to customers from something like you@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address with numbers on the end — ordinary Gmail to use, with the calendar and the storage, just wearing your name. It is $7 a month per mailbox and we don't mark it up — that is what the seat costs and nothing more. We set it up, connect it to your domain and look after it. Most one-person businesses take a single mailbox; add more for staff whenever you need them.

What if I already have a website?

Pull it up on your phone right now. If you have to pinch to read it, or you can’t tap the phone number, it needs redoing. If it’s working fine, we’ll tell you that and save you the $500.

I’ve got a Facebook page. Isn’t that enough?

Keep the page — it does a real job and we would never tell you to close it. But it can’t do what a website does. You don’t own it, so how it looks and whether it stays up is not up to you. It is one page, so it can’t hold a page for each service you offer or each town you cover, and that is a large part of how Google decides who to show. And you don’t choose the words that appear when somebody searches your name. The two do different jobs: the page is where people who already know you keep up, and the site is how people who don’t know you find you in the first place.

Why only two weeks?

Because the work fits in two weeks and dragging it out does not help you. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on photos and details from you.

Do I have to write anything?

No. That is the part most people dread, so we do it. We talk, we draft, you tell us if it sounds like you.

Do you design logos?

Yes. A style guide is $500 on its own or $250 alongside a website build, and it covers the logo in every format, a color palette, typefaces, print-ready business cards and a short guide for using them. You own all of it outright. If you already have a logo you like, don’t buy it — send us the file and we’ll build the site around it at no extra cost.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

No one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can promise is that your site will be built properly, load fast, and tell Google exactly what you do and where — which is most of the battle for a small business. The rest is time and reviews.

What happens if I stop paying the $24.99?

The site comes down, but nothing disappears out from under you. The domain stays yours because it was always in your name. If you have email with us, we hand you the account so you can put it on your own card and keep the address. We send you every file the site is made of, and we tell you before anything is due to lapse. No cancellation fee and nothing to argue about.

Do you work outside my state?

We work anywhere in the country. Everything is done by phone, email, and screen share.

Nothing to work out on a calculator

$500 to build. $24.99 a month after that. Live in two weeks.
